Matomo Mobile 1.9.1 with improved iOS 6 support

Matomo Mobile 1.9.1 is a follow up release to the recent 1.9 release, which includes the following changes:

Support for iOS 6. Fixes the buttons beside the title are displayed too large.
Added splash screen image for iPhone 5.
Makes sure that only the existing Matomo (Piwik) translations can be used when fetching reports.
